The Southern Maryland Chain (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, is delighted to unveil an extraordinary opportunity for academic brilliance. We are announcing nine exclusive scholarships for African American graduating high school seniors in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s County.
